Who We Are

Librarians and Archivists with Palestine (LAP) is a network of self-defined librarians, archivists, and information workers in solidarity with the Palestinian struggle for self-determination. Our network consists of individual members, a steering committee, and an advisory board. Any librarian, archivist, or information worker who agrees to our principles may join the network, and will then have the opportunity to join working groups and help with various short-term and ongoing projects.

Our Palestinian advisory board includes librarians, archivists, information workers, and activists with public libraries, academic libraries, archives, museums, and NGOs working on issues from prisoner rights to preservation of cultural memory.
